Karlos Dillard is a published author and advocate with a passion for fostering understanding around adoption and foster care issues. As a transracial adoptee, Mr. Dillard has conducted training for foster families and adoption agencies, covering critical topics like transracial adoption, adoption trauma, and financial literacy for foster youth.

As a highly sought-after keynote speaker, Mr. Dillard has been interviewed by CNN, MSNBC, NPR, and other major networks, sharing his expertise on adoption and foster care. His engagements span colleges, adoption agencies, and national conferences, including his role as the 2024 Plenary Speaker for the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP).

Mr. Dillard also hosts the podcast Wards of the State, which is available on all major podcast platforms. The podcast shines a light on the voices of adoptees and former foster youth, and in May, it features the Parent Special, highlighting the experiences of birth parents.

Through his story of growing up as a transracial adoptee, Mr. Dillard sparks powerful conversations on race and the issues adoptees face in America, bridging understanding and encouraging audiences to confront issues of systemic racism, privilege, and empathy.

Diana is a devoted wife and a loving mom to her two children. Her daughter is 6 years old, and her son is 4. She is a passionate artist. Her life has been shaped by resilience and faith, carrying her through challenges that once seemed impossible to overcome. Beyond her art, Diana is passionate about empowering others, especially the next generation. She has participated in public speaking at high schools and colleges, encouraging students to never give up on themselves and reminding them of the life-changing power of education. Through her authenticity and rawness, she connects with young people who feel unseen. Giving them hope that their circumstances do not define their future. Today, as an artist, she shares her story to shed light on the hidden struggles of children and even adults. Diana has high hopes for humanity, and she shows that through her art. She wants to remind the world that beauty can blossom from brokenness.
