ANDRÉS HATUM is Associate Professor at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral, Argentina, specializing in organizational flexibility and talent management. He is also a consultant and has advised companies including Lazaro Costa, McDonalds, Pegamil, Roberts Bank, Banco Rio, IPS, Leipzig, and Nestle, on issues relating to organizational change and HRM. He is a widely-published academic and has written papers and book chapters in the British Journal of Management, Family Business Review, Journal of Change Management, Harvard Business Review (Latin America), and Oxford University Press among others. He is also the author of Next Generation Talent Management, Palgrave 2009.
