J Ole Jensen is an academic based in Berlin who regularly acts as secretary to arbitral tribunals. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Cologne where he was a research fellow with Professor Klaus Peter Berger. He has obtained his law degree from the University of Munich, has studied Swedish Law at the University of Gothenburg and was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School (New York). He has worked in the dispute resolution departments of several international law firms and for the German government on foreign investment-related matters.
