Joël Malm is founder of Summit Leaders where he uses outdoor adventure and personal coaching to help people find their calling and pursue a vision for their lives. His expeditions have taken him to over 70 countries around the world. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Counseling. Joël is a teaching pastor and regular speaker at churches, conferences, and universities around the country.
