Developing Web Applications With Microsoft SQL Server 7

Microsoft SQL Server has become one of the most popular tools for developing client/server applications. Microsoft is now rewriting this product to support development of Web applications for company intranets. With release 7, developers will now be able to create fast remote access to company databases using popular Web browsers like Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer. SQL Server 7 will provide a flexible tool for developing powerful business applications using a wide variety of Web tools, including HTML, Java and JavaScript, and the Netscape and Microsoft browsers. SQL Server 7 is scheduled to release in mid '97.
