X vs. I (and others)

After the world is destroyed by using its newest weapons to resolve its oldest conflict, some survivors in Portland, OR start over again. This new society is defined by the only two books left after the war, Walter Isaacson's biographies of Steve Jobs and Elon Musk. Given the chance to start anew, the survivors make the same mistake again by forming competing monotheisms, except this time technology is the new God and Musk and Jobs are the prophets. X vs. I is a clever commentary on humanity, religion, and technology told in a quirky way that could only happen in post-apocalyptic Portland.

Also included are four short stories that reflect upon the escalating pace of change in our world.
