Shattered

Megan, 27, survived the horrific car crash that instantly killed her wealthy husband. Disfigured, with crushed bones and barely alive, she wakens from a coma and now exists only inside of her own mind, unable to communicate with anyone. Multiple surgeries and seven years pass when she begins to hear voices and believes that she is being tortured by Richard via an implant placed in her brain during a surgery on her ear.
