Dr. Cavinato is co-editor of Supply Chain Casebook – 1999, author of Supply Chain Logistics Dictionary, and co-author of Supply Chain Enterprise Benchmarks as well as numerous other books. He has published extensively in professional journals and presented papers internationally at academic and professional conferences. Ralph G. Kauffman, Ph.D., C.P.M., is Assistant Professor of Management and coordinator of the Purchasing and Supply Management Program at the University of Houston—Downtown. He spent more than a quarter-century in industry in procurement and supply management.
