MG Paul E. Vallely was born in DuBois, PA and served a distinguished career of thirty-one years in the US Army before he retired as Deputy Commanding General, US Army Pacific, in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1992. Paul and his wife Marian reside in Montana. Both are deeply involved in numerous humanitarian efforts and are active participants in a multitude of community events and activities. David Goetsch is a Marine Corps veteran and member of the Florida Veteran’s Hall of Fame (Class of 2016). Dr. Goetsch is a professor of business, Christian counselor, and author of seventy-six books.
