Immunoassays for Trace Chemical Analysis Monitoring Toxic Chemicals in Humans, Food, and the Environment

Increasing public concern over chemical exposures and the quality of the food supply has resulted in increased pressure on regulatory agencies to do more sampling for more chemicals. This new volume explores the use of immunoassays as alternative methods for conducting this needed sampling.
