Annie Hondeghem is a Professor at KU Leuven, Belgium where she is the Director of the Public Governance Institute. Her main research areas are public personnel management, change management and diversity management. She has co-edited several books including Motivation in public management (with J. L. Perry).

Erwin Schwella is Professor of Public Leadership at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. He teaches and researches governance, leadership and innovation. He is a well published author and a senior consultant to governance institutions globally.
