Above Baton Rouge

Photographer and pilot Fred C. Frey, Jr., began taking aerial photographs of Baton Rouge in the early 1960s as an innovative business practice. It soon became an ongoing passion that would continue into the 21st Century. Above Baton Rouge is the result of this forty year love affair, comprising over 140 then-and-now aerial photographs, presented as pairs, and chronicling the inspiring developments and changes that have taken place over the years in Louisiana's capitol city.
