How do I return a book for a refund?
To be eligible for a refund your book must be received in our facility within 25 days from the original ship date. A refund will be posted to your original method of payment once your return is received and processed. Please note, it may take up to 10-15 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to be posted to your account.
To return your rental for a refund:
1. Sign in to My Account and select Manage Rentals/Returns. From there, you'll want to select the "Return an item for a refund" link.
