The Alien Codex

In a race against time and on the run from the United States government Jack Dixon finds himself with the knowledge of when and how the planet Earth will be destroyed. Only through his knowledge of the Sanskrit language is he able to decipher an ancient codex he finds while on duty in Laos searching the tunnels of the Vietcong in 1969. Left for dead in the jungle he finds that he has become a marked man for the knowledge he possesses. In a desperate flight to get away from the CIA he loses the maps but is able to escape under an assumed alias. Now, thirty seven years later and a lifetime ago, he is reunited with the maps and knows there is no turning back on fate. In a dangerous gamble to uncover the truth and stay one step ahead of the government, he and his lover Janet and ex-miltary buddy Mitch, make a mad dash for freedom while at the same time trying to carry out mankind's last mission. Can they save themselves along with enough people and knowledge to repopulate the planet prior to a rogue comet smashing into the Earth? Or will they and everyone else die off like the dinosaurs in a mass extinction?
