All monkeys love bananas—don’t they?

This adorable and humorous picture book features a poor monkey who just can’t bear the sight of one more piece of the yellow fruit. With whimsical illustrations and sing-song, rhyming text, this tale is about two friends who discover that the grass isn’t always more delicious on the other side.

Avery is a former freelance journalist for the Eastern Province Herald and an artist whose sculptures are featured in prominent galleries around Perth, Australia, as well as in well-known landmarks and the Ripley's Believe It or Not! museums in Baltimore and Los Angeles. He lives in Ottawa, Ontario.
