The first part 'Taoist Female Practices' describes Eastern practices specific to female spiritual development. These practices help to bring out authentic womanhood and create a stable foundation for development of strong energy, allowing a woman to become more self-confident and socially active in the modern world. Simplicity of techniques described in the book allows women to independently work on self-improvement; at the same time, the techniques provide basis for moving into deeper spiritual practices and continued development. This book was published by 'Vector' (Saint-Petersburg, 2006) and translated to Lithuanian (2008) and English (2008). It was reprinted in Russian by 'LitRes' (Moscow, 2009) together with second part 'Culture of Sublimation'. The present third edition includes both parts.
