The Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke

Heart disease and strokes are currently the leading cause of death in all developed countries and in most developing countries, resulting in one third of all deaths globally in 2003. This publication explores a range of issues relating to this increasingly urgent global health problem using text, colour charts, maps and graphics.
