Her first novel,Misfortune Cookies, will be released by Heartsong Presents--Mysteries in November 2008, followed by two sequels in 2009. She is the cofounder and director ofWords for the Journey Christian Writers Guild--South East Texas Region,in The Woodlands, Texas. She and her husband, Michael, have two lovely teen daughters, Katie and Lauren.

Dannelle Woody, a Christian jewelry designer and silversmith for fourteen years, assembles a theme and scripture for each handcrafted piece of jewelry she makes. Her customer base includes repeat buyers and a large volume of new buyers, thanks to frequent shows at eight area schools, Juried Art Shows in Texas, Festivals, and Community Events. She and her husband, Tom, have a daughter, Hannah, and sons, Tyler and Brock.
