Out of Africa, comes the word A"banana," the banana leaf doll craft preserved by black slaves, and now a new White House with an American family of African origin. BooBooBanana belongs to a band of Bermudian faeries, who tend to leaves and fruit of banana trees. After BooBooA's banana bunch goes to market, a roar of chainsaws horrifies him. His patch is destroyed. Heartbroken, he lies crushed and dying under debris when Angel Maker, Ronnie Chameau, creator of banana leaf dolls, rescues, then nurtures him back to health. He watches her mold a leaf into an angel; as the faerie slips inside its leaf, she instructs him to pass on a message of love. BooBooA's leaf becomes a banana leaf angel, and Angel Maker ships them both to America. Pixie face Sasha Obama opens the box, sees BooBoo, and says theyA'll join she and her puppy in the White House. BooBoo relays Angel MakerA's message of love, saying her Daddy is destined to bring peace to earth and good will to men. Glossary: bananas, banana dolls, elf history.
