Bank Performance, Risk and Firm Financing

This text comprises a selection of papers that provide state of the art insights into bank performance, risk and firm financing post crisis that were presented at the European Association of University Teachers of Banking and Finance Conference (otherwise known as the Wolpertinger Conference) held at Bangor University, Wales, 2010.

Philip Molyneux is Professor of Banking Finance and Head of Bangor Business School, Bangor University, UK. His main area of research is on the structure and efficiency of banking markets and he has published widely in this area. He has also published a variety of texts on banking areas and in the past has acted as a consultant to: New York Federal Reserve Bank, World Bank, European Commission, UK Treasury Citibank Private Bank, Barclays Wealth, McKinsey Company, Credit-Suisse and various other international banks and consulting firms.
