Supplement to Basic Concepts in Commercial Law : Cases and Materials

The 2000 Supplement includes new cases, dealing, inter alia, with commercial reasonableness and perfection by control. However, the primary emphasis in the supplement is the incorporation of the changes brought about in secured financing as a result of the final approval of Revised UCC Article 9. All statutory references have been updated and, in key places, the discussion of these changes has been expanded. With these changes the Dolan/Ponoroff text is up to date for the traditional Secured Transactions course as it remains up to date for the traditional Payments Systems course.
