Bilateral Ecopolitics: Continuity and Change in Canadian-American Environmental Relations

The context in which environmental policy decision-making occurs has changed, resulting from widening environmental problems, increased demands from groups and citizens, continuing pressure on the continent's resources and normative shifts.
