Bonhoeffer Down Under: Australian and South African Essays Celebrating the Centenary of Dietrich Bonhoeffer's Birth

Let's sail with the German protestant theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer 'Down-Under'. While mainly a collection of Australian authors, it also includes pieces by renowned South African theologian and Bonhoeffer expert John de Gruchy providing theological ballast, who gives a 'view from below', as well as Englishman Keith Clements, who though not from 'Down-Under' has spoken 'Down-Under' about Bonhoeffer. The scholars from 'Down-Under' offer theological applications in the contemporary context, tacking to and fro, with and against the wind of the Spirit, to see the continuing relevance of Bonhoeffer's thought to those who seek to take the 'view from below' today 'Down-Under'.
