As a young man, Harry Keogh discovered that he was a Necroscope - that he could talk to the dead and converse with the greatest minds from centuries past. Harry Keogh wrote novels, composed symphonies, and patented inventions - all creations of the dead men and women who were his friends. He even learned how to transport himself instantly to any place in the world. His most horrifying discovery was that vampires stalked the earth, seeking human blood and human victims, and that they were a thousand times more terrible than anyone had ever imagined.
