It's August, 1998, and the heat is sweltering in New York City. The Yankees are playing the Angels, Jay Z is on the airwaves, Monica Lewinsky is in the news, and the city that never sleeps is gripped by a series of horrific murders. Enter Boone. Hard-drinking, cocaine-snorting, steroid-injecting...the kid has a hot temper and he's racist. Plus he's a terrible shot. Boone runs with a crew that makes their living the old fashioned way: they steal for it. And robbing vampire clans of their blood and flipping it to rival blood suckers has been quite lucrative.
