Charlie and his best friend Max had two choices: take a short-cut through the forbidden grounds of a remote, Gothic mansion and get home before dark, or risk the wrath of Charlie's mother. They decide his mother is the greater risk. Of course that was before they entered the grounds...before long Charlie and Max find themselves caught up in a frightening adventure neither of them could ever have imagined.
