GIANCARLO TANUCCI is full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology and of HR Management at the university of Bari, Italy, where he did serve as Director of the department of Psychology. He is a Psychologist and his primary research interest is in the field of organizational behaviour and career development. He leads the Società Italiana di Psicologia dell'Educazione e della Formazione (SIPEF) and he is author and co-author of several books and articles, both National and International.
ESTELLE M. MORIN received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Montreal, Canada, in 1990. She is professor of Organizational Behaviour at HEC Montréal (the Affiliated Business School of University of Montreal). She is a psychologist since 1984. Her primary research interest is in the field of organizational behaviour and organizational development. In 2002, she has founded with other colleagues of various universities CRITEOS, Research and Intervention Centre for Work, Organizational Effectiveness and Health, at HEC Montréal. She is author or co-author of several books, among them: Psychologie et Management (Chenelière, 2006), In Search of Meaning (Jossey Bass, 1995). She has also published many articles, mainly on the issues of meaning of work and organizational effectiveness, in French, Portuguese and in English.
