Doreen Cummings, the visionary behind an exciting new children's book series, is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community who identifies as trans. A native of Greater Boston and a Wheaton College MA alum, Doreen has spent their life immersed in creative expression, from songwriting and musical arrangement to weaving words into impactful stories.

Growing up in the 70s and 80s, Doreen noticed a glaring absence of children's books with characters exploring gender identity. As a debut author, they are driven to fill that gap, offering LGBTQ+ youth characters that young readers can connect with on a personal level. His artistic journey is fueled by an insatiable drive for learning and growth, making him a versatile creator skilled in character, color, and concept design.

Hugoshi's artistic versatility extends beyond traditional mediums; he is deeply involved in the NFT and crypto art space, where he specializes in generative art code, token creation, and project development.
