Terryl N. Kinder is a medieval architectural historian and archaeologist and is editor-in-chief of Citeaux: Commentarii cistercienses, an international journal of Cistercian studies. She has taught at the University of Paris-Sorbonne and the University of Brittany in Rennes (France), the State University of New York at Brockport, Nazareth College and the University of Rochester (NY), and Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John's. Dr. Kinder lectures regularly in both French and English in Europe and North America
