Keith S. Dobson, PhD, is a professor of clinical psychology at the University of Calgary, where he served as director of clinical psychology and head of the psychology department. He is also president of the World Confederation of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies through 2023. His widely published research focuses on integrated models and treatment for depression from a cognitive behavioral perspective that incorporates other evidence-based approaches. He has also written about developments in professional psychology and ethics. Dr. Dobson was president of the Canadian Psychological Association and has conducted presentations and training workshops in many countries.
