This 8.5 x 11 inch softbound book is divided into three convenient, easily accessible sections: Shift Count, Emergency Drug Supply, and Medication Administration Record. The index at the front of the book provides instant reference to active pages. It includes 150 numbered pages to record patient medication administration, including transfers to and from other books / pages. Each page contains a section to document transferring, surrendering, and discontinuing the medications. The Shift Count pages document the accuracy of the drug/med counts.
