Counseling from God's Word

This counseling book is written to encourage the reader to participate in the counseling process. Through numerous fictitious dialogs with detailed background information about the counselee, you, the reader, get to experience coming alongside a struggling believer. This experience is framed by numerous accounts of biblical principles and practiced wisdom. Highlighting the Holy Spirit as The Counselor, the faithful love of the Father, and the preeminent place of the work of Christ, this is intentionally a Trinitarian approach. If a person belongs to Christ, earnestly seeks to know God, and is steeped in His Word, God can make His appeal through him or her to help brothers and sisters in need.
