Joni is a just a regular gal who loves to cook and bake. Especially for her friends and family. One of the things that drove her to write this book was her love for the foods she dearly missed when she became a strict vegetarian. Macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, greasy breakfasts of bacon and eggs, rich and creamy soups, decadent desserts, even Hamburger Helper became off limits. As a creature of comfort Joni set out to recreate her favorite comfort foods in a cookbook that features easy to follow recipes.
