Criminal Pursuit

When Sergeant Nick Sanders of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police sets out on a routine investigation of the death of a celebrated socialite, he soon falls into a world of secrecy and deceit. Within the victim's family, whispered rumours of professional incompetence and sexual indiscretion soon turn to outright allegations of money laundering, treason and terrorism, all amid the sterile civility of Ottawa's diplomatic community at the height of the Cold War.
