Kenneth Hite holds a MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago. For the last twenty years, he has worked as a full-time writer and role-playing game designer, contributing to many famous games including GURPS, Hero System, Vampire: The Dark Ages, and Savage Worlds. He has written or co-written numerous books on esoteric subjects such as Cthulhu 101 and Where the Deep Ones Are. He is also the designer and writer of the Trail of Cthulhu role-playing system and its supplements.

Kennon Bauman holds degrees in Political Science and History from the University of South Dakota. He lives outside Washington, D.C. with his wife, two children, and dog.
