This literature is NOT real. It is all IMAGINATION. This is an exercise to describe cults' irrational behaviors using enterprise architecture.Cult violence is a form of collective behavior characterized by progressive escalation of conflict, internal radicalization, and the impossibility of escape or retreat from the inevitability of extreme violence (Bromley & Melton 2002,O'Connor 2011.).There have been several attempts modeling cults, sects, but none of them can successfully describe all the gist of the beast in a simplistic manner. Moreover, cults have been evolving quickly, utilizing advanced knowledge from different area. Nonetheless, the underlying principles have not been changed significantly over the years. Author uses a portfolio of models instead to unify different views. The body of knowledge involved a portfolio of multidisciplinary models, theories, processes, methodologies and templates. The main disciplines are: business and administration, project/operation management, healthcare, business, criminology, public administration etc.PurposeThis literature is intended to provide a comprehensive but simplistic rough idea about what cults are about, so as to arouse public interests understanding cults and their irrational behavior."Cults" or "Community" members can identify some of their activities have negative impact to the community that are not correct. Global Citizenswill be aware of what they do and the impact of what they do. Missioners can be aware of their social responsibilities while performing their duties.Victims can use this as a self-help support resource to minimize the negative impact they have been receiving from existing cults and communities.Hopefully a better framework and more tools can be established, such that citizens can be used, and co-operate with the government to manage thesocial costs generated by the "cults" and "communities"
