In Daddy's Arms

"In Daddy's Arms" by Christian Ashley is a historical venture into the mid-eighteen hundreds focusing on the Morgan family as they, along with other Mormon families, traveled to the "promised land," Salt Lake City, in avoidance of persecution. The story develops along with Sara, the eldest child of the Morgan Family, as she grows from a vivacious toddler to a beautifully budding young lady. A tragic event occurs in this peaceful, loving household, and twelve year old, Sara, devises a plan to save her family.
