Deportes De Ciudad/City Sports

The themes are sports, games and exercise for active, happy and healthy boys and girls! Vivid full-page and full-color illustrations face four or five lines of descriptive text on each two-page spread. City Sports shows basketball, football, soccer, tennis and swimming. In Mountain Sports, children go camping, rafting, hiking, horseback riding, and climbing. Summer Sports presents outdoor fishing, swimming, boating, snorkeling, and other kinds of activity at the shore. Winter Sports includes sledding, skiing, ice skating -- and even fun activities such as building a snowman. A two-page section at the back of each book is directed toward parents and teachers, and contains general sports information to help answer the kinds of questions children are likely to ask.
