Die Gesellschaftsgruppe im italienischen Recht

Legal issues pertaining to company groups often appear on the European Union's regulatory agenda in the area of corporate law. The author has taken the opportunity provided by introduction of new Italian regulations for corporate groups in 2004, especially the recommendations included in their action plan, to undertake a broad comparative study of fundamental issues in the application of corporation law to company groups. The study examines the provisions of Italian and German law from a European perspective, and represents a valuable contribution to the analysis of company group regulations in the member states of the European Union.
