Dig Your Valley Full of Ditches

We are asleep in our faith for we have become bored with our Christianity that is ineffective, for it has been infected by trivial teachings that are meant to appeal to our flesh. We have lost sight of our goal, which is Heaven, and have focused on trivial pursuits, attempting to replace our eternal reward with a heaven on earth. It does not work, for our only hope is Heaven, and true happiness cannot be found, not even in the roses we smell along the way, unless our faith is fixed upon the climax that will be in the presence of the Lord.
