Trained in the United States, Noah Rubins is Counsel within Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's international arbitration and public international law practice groups in Paris. He frequently advises investors and states in investment arbitration cases, and also serves as an arbitrator in both investment and commercial arbitration proceedings.
