Divers Women

Pansy (aka. Isabella M. Alden) was an American author born in 1841. Alden wrote for adults as well as for children. She also wrote Christian literature and edited several magazines including Pansy for children. Divers Women is the sixth book in the Pansy 27 book series. The series begins with Four Girls at Chautauqua and takes the friends from girlhood through their lives as mothers. Pansy has done a remarkable job to portraying characters in real life situations. Their problems mirror those of every day home life.
