Du'd Tutt!! - Two of All!

In questo libro ho cercato di raccontare alcune tra le più semplici e significative ricette della cucina locale Pavese. In origine l'idea era quella di scherzare... "dialettandole" con l'intento di condividere con Voi ciò che più potessero ispirarmi i piatti "di tutti i giorni". Poi però, viste alcune particolari richieste, mi son sentito, quasi, in dovere dii spiegarne, almeno a grandi linee, la loro preparazione. Non aspettateVi ricette "sofisticate", ho voluto dare importanza a quelle definite da molti "povere",(per ingredienti, tempi e costi di preparazione)...With this book I tried to talk about some of the simplest, traditional dishes of Pavia, my town. At the beginning, the idea was to write just some of my poems, in local dialect, and sharing with you all what these recipes were inspiring me, (like when I am looking at these "everyday-dishes"). After some times, some friends of mine, requesed to get an "higher" target, and suddenly, this book, has grew...as I did too. I felt, almost "compelled" to explain the guidelinees for a good execution of the recipes. Please, do not expect "sophisticated" meals, I just wanted to give more importance to the dishes, defined by many, as "poor" ones, (for ingredients, preparation-time and costs)...
