Economic Activity and Change examines the dynamic nature of industry on a global scale. Taking the reader from the 19th century through to the modern day, this title features a variety of case studies, ranging from traditional to high-tech industries, and from retailing to transport. Economic influences upon the primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary sectors are all observed in relation to change.
