Electronic performance support has been very much the poor relation to developments such as virtual and blended learning and yet its application is equally wide and its benefits potentially greater. The increasing complexity of work processes and the demands on learners and workers to embrace change and do more, faster create an extraordinary opportunity for technologies that can enable them to increase their skills and knowledge, incrementally and continuously.
