Inspired by the real life experience of the author who spent four months with the two orphan elephants, Ging Mai and Hope, this is the story of how after finding each other, they head off to search for the most important thing in a young elephants life; a family.Along the way Hope teaches the younger Ging Mai all the finer points of being an elephant, all the while making sure that whatever they are doing, they are having fun doing it.This is a book for young children aged 5 and up, but can be enjoyed by readers of all ages, and is beautifully illustrated throughout by the author.
