The Elf of Edinburgh

The Brookfield Journals is the story of a child genius. D. P. Lane has interpreted the books from the diaries or journals written by Samantha Brookfield and Rupert Harris. The first book, The Elf of Edinburgh, starts with her mother's death and Samantha's birth several minutes later. The story picks up again approximately two and a half years later when Charge Nurse Harris goes to work at an assisted living facility with a notorious reputation. There he is found by Samantha. The reader will have to discover by themselves what follows next.
