Çigdem Kagitcibasi, PhD, is widely recognized for her contributions to building a scientific understanding of human behavior across cultures. Past President of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology, her publications in Turkish and English include over 175 journal/book articles and 27 books. She received her PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.
