Robert C. Brears is the founder of Our Future Water and an International Sectoral Expert (Water) Consultant with the UN's Green Climate Fund. He is the author of 11 books, including Urban Water Security (Wiley, 2016), Blue and Green Cities: The Role of Blue-Green Infrastructure in Managing Urban Water Resources (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018), and Water Resources Management: Innovative and Green Solutions (De Gruyter, 2021), among others.
