From Red Dust to Blue Lotus

This book is a collection of my personal thoughts of different experiences and aspects of life: from family to friends, from love to gratitude, from nature to music. It is a book about seeing and remembering the graces in life.

Born and raised in mainland China, Wenhong Zhou completed her college education in Biology before coming to US for graduate study supported by a full scholarship. After completing her PHD, MD degrees, and medical residency, she has been working full time as a physician. While pursuing her medical professional life, she rekindled her passion for reading and writing Chinese literature and essays. This book is a collection of her personal reflection and contemplation of different experiences and aspects of life.
